crazy experience Positive: The location and the beds where really good. The kitchen, bathroom and living room really really nice aswell. Refurbished, modern and beautiful. Also you can’t hear anything from the neighbours or from the street so its pretty calm. Negative: Starting for the craziest thing, the last day we where supposed to leave the apartment at 14:00, while we were sleeping around 10:30 in the morning we heard some key noise coming from the front door. My friend woke me up screaming as she saw a man standing in the door of our apartment looking at us. She almost had a stroke. I looked at him really really confused and scared, not understanding what was doing an unknown man breaking into our apartment. He then entered the apartment and closed the door behinf him and I was looking at him in pure shock. He said he was the cleaning service and when we asked him please to leave he did not want to. We were literally sleeping, dressed in our pijamas, not apropiately dressed. He stayed inside of the apartment blocking the door, saying that until he does not check with his boss he can’t leave the apartment. It was my girl friend and I talking to him at that point and thanks god our male friend also woke up to the sound of us talking to a guy and came to help us. After 30 minutes of begging him to wait outside or go away, walking around the apartment and leaving his stuff inside he accepted to leave. That was honestly the craziest thing that has ever happened to me in an apartment, hotel, hostal, B&B, etc… On the other side, the apartment has no doors on the dorms or bathroom, we found that to be a bit weird, mostly because you dont really have a lot of privacy on WC. The heating and the warm water were not working, we had to contact the owner a few times and altough he helped us we were not really able to solve it. The system for the warm water seemed old and every time we were turning it on for making work either the warm water or the heating, the water was running down and flooded the bathroom. Its really sad because the bathroom was really nice with nice shower, bathtub and big sink and mirror. But the warm water and the heating not working in february it really is a problem.

I do not recommend!!! Positive: near the city center Negative: The internet didn't work, there was no cold water, the bedding was wet, there were a lot of things left from previous guests, it was dirty. The owners didn't respond to messages, we had to clean and fix everything ourselves!!!

Positive: Molto spazioso e arredato con gusto. La domotica avanzata è stata una sorpresa e abituarsi all'inizio un pò faticoso ma molto conveniente. Bagno grandissimo e letti molto comodi Negative: I gradini di accesso alla camera e al bagno e le porte da saloon un pò scomodi

Positive: Die Wohnung befindet sich in der perfekten Lage. Ruhig, sehr nah an den ÖPNV. Direkt gegenüber dem Eingang ist die Canisiuskirche – ein historisches Merkmal. Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend möbliert, geräumig und hell. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Küche ist genug ausgestattet.

Great value in a residential area close to everything. Positive: Great location. 1 block to trains and metro. Cool and modern design. Very clean. Nice 2 bedrooms. Would highly recommend.
